Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service for weekend shoppers and store visitors
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards according to company policies
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital tools
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
