Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for the company leading up to 2026, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and evaluate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Prototypes) to determine feasibility and strategic value.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of futurists, engineers, and product designers to execute the 2026 strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and investors, translating high-level concepts into clear business value.
- Partnerships & Innovation: Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to stay ahead of the curve on 2026 trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and successfully integrating them into business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging hardware trends.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to inspire teams and drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
