Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Planning initiative, analyzing market trends to define clear, actionable roadmaps for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Conduct deep-dive horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptors that could impact our industry by 2026.
- Cross-functional leadership to align engineering, product, and business units on long-term vision and resource allocation.
- Develop future-proofing strategies that mitigate risks associated with rapid technological change.
- Present complex strategic data and roadmaps to the C-suite and Board of Directors to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
