Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our proprietary CRM software.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring all communication is resolved in a timely fashion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the database.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operations during weekend shifts.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to our office.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
