- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and store managers to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the UrbanTech brand professionally and ensure all store standards are met during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
