Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and pricing.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace for team members and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth location.
