Responsibilities
- Architect the Year 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive 3-5 year strategic plan that identifies key technological shifts and market opportunities for 2026.
- Foresight & Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze global trends in AI, automation, and computing to predict industry disruptions years in advance.
- Executive Leadership: Partner with the C-Suite to align technology investments with business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
- Future-Proof Operations: Lead the integration of next-gen infrastructure into current workflows, preparing the organization for the digital realities of 2026.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex future scenarios and strategic insights to the Board of Directors and executive team with clarity and conviction.
- Innovation Ecosystem: Cultivate relationships with research labs, tech innovators, and industry thought leaders driving the Year 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of executive leadership experience, specifically in Strategy, Operations, or Product Management, with a history of anticipating market shifts.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) and their business implications.
- Problem Solver: Exceptional ability to translate abstract future technologies into concrete, actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Proven track record of presenting to high-level stakeholders and navigating complex organizational change.
- Education: MBA or Masterās degree in a relevant field (Technology, Business, Engineering).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through periods of rapid innovation.
