Key Responsibilities:

- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks in dynamic environments.
- AGI Development: Lead research initiatives focused on bridging the gap between narrow AI and general intelligence, specifically targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Algorithm Optimization: Push the boundaries of training efficiency and inference speed using novel hardware accelerators and distributed computing techniques.
- Ethical AI Alignment: Develop and implement frameworks to ensure autonomous systems align with human values and safety protocols.
- Patent & Publication Strategy: Spearhead research projects that result in high-impact publications and patents within the AI community.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of industry experience in Deep Learning, specifically with Transformer models or Reinforcement Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed training (e.g., Horovod, DeepSpeed).
- Research Track Record: Demonstrated history of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Programming: Strong command of Python and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Ability to conceptualize and prototype technologies that are 2-3 years ahead of the current market standard.
