Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework across all business verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and commercializing emerging technology opportunities
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term innovation pipelines
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D centers
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Drive sustainable innovation practices aligned with UN SDGs
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Deep network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Cambridge, Shenzhen)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Fluency in at least two major languages beyond English
