Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for quantum computing integration and AI autonomy
- Design strategic frameworks for ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance
- Partner with R&D to translate future-vision into product roadmaps
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation incubators for emerging paradigm shifts
- Publish industry thought leadership on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi techniques, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management and executive presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-vision implementations
