Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic insights at global innovation summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate talent development programs
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech solutions
