Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planningLead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, AI, and biotechProduce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging tech impactsPartner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market needsRepresent the company at global tech summits and futurist conferencesMentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight communityMonitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting tech adoption
Qualifications
Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadershipPublished research on emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, or sustainability focus)Proven experience translating foresight into commercial strategyDeep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implicationsExceptional storytelling skills for complex technical conceptsCertification in scenario planning or foresight methodologiesPortfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation roadmaps
