- Coordinate with MIT/Stanford research labs for collaborative R&D

Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future technologies
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight
- Expertise in ethical tech governance frameworks
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language
