Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and government bodies to shape policy frameworks
- Design and implement agile innovation methodologies for rapid experimentation and learning
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives to embed future-thinking across organizational DNA
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in developing and scaling disruptive business models
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and regulatory environments
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies required
