Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Author visionary white papers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into all strategic planning
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and pattern recognition
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, AI trend analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
