Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and sustainable AI
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align long-term strategic priorities
- Produce quarterly trend reports analyzing geopolitical and technological disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-year launch horizons
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry futurist forums
- Mentor junior strategists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent 10+ years in strategic innovation
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate tech modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year technology predictions
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Scrum Master certification with experience in agile transformation
