- Design and implement end-to-end digital experiences for Olympic venues, broadcasts, and mobile platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and data scientists to deliver innovative solutions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AR/VR integration, real-time analytics, and personalized user journeys
- Collaborate with IOC partners and sponsors to create branded digital activations
- Ensure seamless accessibility and performance across 200+ digital touchpoints
- Drive innovation in live streaming, virtual fan engagement, and athlete performance tech
- Manage $5M+ digital transformation budget and vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital product leadership with 5+ years in large-scale event tech
- Proven expertise in AR/VR development, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and real-time data processing
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- Deep understanding of sports media rights, broadcast technology, and fan engagement trends
- Strong background in agile methodologies and PMP certification preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major digital transformation projects
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field
