Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and trend synthesis

- Produce quarterly 'Horizon Reports' analyzing emerging technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for sustainability and human augmentation
- Present strategic frameworks at global innovation summits and industry white papers
- Mentor junior futurists on foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with tech-forward organizations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level narratives
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools like STEEP analysis or Delphi method
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful long-term innovation implementations
