Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize emerging technology trends, market shifts, and societal disruptions to inform strategic roadmaps for 2026
- Develop future scenario models and innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize breakthrough opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on market evolution
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor and evaluate competitive landscapes for disruptive threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFSD)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies on future-focused initiatives
