Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Develop future-proof competitive frameworks using scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for market validation
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and innovation ROI tracking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and technology roadmapping
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) for scenario modeling
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Innovation Management required
