Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Futurism
- Published work on quantum-biological computing models
- Expertise in UN SDG alignment for tech innovation
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to market
- Fluency in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA grant programs
