Responsibilities

- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead 'Future Labs' – immersive workshops to prototype solutions for 2030 challenges
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Build quantitative models to assess innovation ROI and strategic alignment
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board committees
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy, System Innovation)
