Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and emerging tech paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive threats and opportunities across 12 verticals
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/ML implementation in regulated industries
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term impact beyond quarterly metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to boards using scenario modeling tools
- Curate partnerships with academic labs and government innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning with proven 10-year vision execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum, biotech, or climate tech
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFS) or Systems Dynamics
- Portfolio demonstrating future-back scenario planning deliverables
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Experience with AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
