- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA
- Develop patent portfolios with 15+ IP filings annually
- Present to C-suite and Board on quarterly innovation KPIs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Bioengineering, or equivalent with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling lab innovations to $100M+ revenue streams
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published in Nature or Science within last 5 years
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong network within DARPA, ARPA-E, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and innovation management platforms
