Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies and market solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptors relevant to 2026
- Drive strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders for 2026 ecosystem building
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across quantum computing, biotech, and AI verticals
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in product innovation, R&D leadership, or strategy consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and futures forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management across global teams and executive leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in Design Thinking or Futures Studies preferred
