- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptors
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $2M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior innovators through the Horizon Dynamics Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech-driven industries
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
