Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to define 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives through scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Develop patentable frameworks for future technology ecosystems
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
- Produce quarterly futurist reports for industry publication
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing domains
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
