Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-million dollar infrastructure projects spanning renewable energy grids and autonomous transit systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, contractors, and government agencies to ensure seamless execution
- Implement agile methodologies to optimize project timelines and resource allocation
- Drive compliance with federal 2026 infrastructure grant requirements and sustainability standards
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for complex technical and logistical challenges
- Leverage IoT and AI systems for real-time project monitoring and predictive analytics
- Forge strategic partnerships with municipal authorities and technology providers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in large-scale infrastructure project management with PMP certification
- Proven track record delivering smart city or renewable energy projects
- Expertise in federal grant compliance (e.g., IIJA, CHIPS Act) and procurement processes
- Advanced knowledge of BIM/CAD technologies and construction management software
- Strong financial acumen for budget oversight and cost-benefit analysis
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with government agencies
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira)
