Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives including horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Architect innovation frameworks for integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or spatial computing
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive technology adoption
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
