Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and business units
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations)
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFPC) strongly preferred
- Experience managing cross-border innovation teams in agile environments
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier tech publications
