- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and policy bodies
- Mentor teams in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
- Monitor global megatrends and geopolitical impacts on technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership within tech/biotech/energy
- Proven expertise in futures forecasting, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in relevant field (e.g., Systems Thinking, Futures Studies, Engineering)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
