Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and market foresight framework using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions addressing climate resilience, AI ethics, and human-machine augmentation
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable business priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, policy labs, and venture capital networks to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for executive teams and key stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and demographic transformations impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Champion a culture of strategic foresight across the organization through training programs and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies with demonstrated impact on organizational strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills with portfolio of future scenarios presented to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) or innovation frameworks preferred
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive transformation and organizational adaptation to paradigm shifts
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership in reputable business/tech publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Platform) and data visualization software
