- Establish KPIs to measure progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy journals
