Responsibilities
- Forecast industry trends and technological disruptions through 2030 using data-driven scenario modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration in enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present future-state visions to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech adoption curves
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting initiatives
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
