Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop actionable strategic frameworks for emerging markets including AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech integration
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market demands and regulatory landscapes
- Deliver executive briefings on future-proofing operations and competitive positioning strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at premier innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, biotech convergence, or climate tech economics
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation summits
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
