Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for 2026 market disruptions
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiotic ecosystems
- Partner with climate tech startups to commercialize carbon-negative innovations
- Produce quarterly 'Future Pulse' briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using predictive modeling tools
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit, CES 2026)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 7+ years experience in technology strategy with 3+ years in futurist consulting
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, or climate engineering
