Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global tech trends to produce strategic foresight reports for 2026 market positioning
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive industry shifts and regulatory changes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs focused on next-gen technologies
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors impacting technology adoption timelines
- Drive organizational culture shifts to embrace experimentation and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercialization strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, journals, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Strong network connections with global research institutions and innovation labs
