Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and innovation ecosystems to scout breakthrough technologies
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor communications
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using proprietary AI trend analysis tools
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
