You'll lead scenario-planning initiatives and develop frameworks that position us as industry pioneers in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, societal, and economic paradigms
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and risk mitigation
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging disruption vectors
- Build cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026 solutions
- Analyze geopolitical/regulatory impacts on long-term tech adoption curves
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current roadmaps
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Certification in scenario planning or strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Experience working with C-suite on multi-year transformation initiatives
- Publishing record in tech futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions with documented impact
