Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ technological convergence points using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports analyzing geopolitical, climate, and economic impacts on tech evolution
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI governance and ethical AI deployment
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers and product teams to future-proof digital ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring adoption readiness of emerging technologies (Web4, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation summits and publish in peer-reviewed foresight journals
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years applied experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology roadmapping for 2020-2025 horizon
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi Method) and predictive analytics platforms
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (AC/FS) or equivalent professional accreditation
- Published research on technological singularity implications or exponential tech governance
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend analysis and simulation modeling
- Experience advising Fortune 100 clients on disruption preparedness strategies
