- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions (neural interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Author thought leadership reports on future workforce and societal shifts
- Represent the company at global futurist summits and tech conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience translating futuristic concepts into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio of trend analysis reports or innovation roadmaps required
