Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying paradigm-shifting opportunities in AI ethics, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts for 2026 deployment
- Author authoritative trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate global thought leadership summits featuring Nobel laureates and industry pioneers
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor a team of junior futurists in advanced scenario modeling and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Proven track record in strategic foresight, futurist methodologies, or emerging technology consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-relevant domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Mastery of horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and cross-impact matrix analysis
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term technology disruption
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives deployed by 2025
