Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify 2026's disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adopting AI, biotech, and climate adaptation solutions
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential change and scenario planning
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future-of-work transformations
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts
- Build partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Present trend forecasts to C-suite executives at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (TEDx, World Economic Forum)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from leading institutions preferred
