Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends with 2026 impact potential
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable R&D pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-vision concepts
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing technology adoption timelines

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing future technologies (demonstrated case studies required)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
