Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis to map 2026+ technological, societal, and economic disruptions
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks with quantifiable impact metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops using design thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Produce executive-level future-state roadmaps with implementation pathways for key business units
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging technology labs
- Drive organizational culture transformation to embed future-readiness across all departments
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
