Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and biotech
- Curate emerging technology pipelines through global research partnerships
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite stakeholders with data-backed narratives
- Drive adoption of ethical AI governance frameworks across product development
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation grants through compelling proposals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized future-tech innovations
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Experience securing innovation grants and partnerships
