Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in AI ethics, circular economy, or human-computer interaction
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @RISK)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals
- Portfolio of 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
