Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI singularity, quantum computing adoption, climate tech convergence) through proprietary Horizon Scanning Framework
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prototype future-proof business models and organizational structures
- Author 'Future State' whitepapers published in MIT Technology Review and World Economic Forum platforms
- Establish strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and EU Horizon Europe initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurists using our proprietary 'Temporal Thinking' methodology
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives at industry-defining conferences
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of predicting major tech disruptions (e.g., ChatGPT, mRNA vaccines) with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and probabilistic forecasting tools
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on 2025+ technological convergence points
- Fluency in at least two future-relevant domains: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience advising governments on policy frameworks for emerging technologies
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategies generating $50M+ in new revenue streams
- Proficiency in Python, R, and complex system modeling platforms
