- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year future-state scenarios
- Conduct scenario planning for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Present futurist insights to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate future intelligence into product development and market expansion strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technology adoption frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record developing scenario plans for 2026+ market transformations
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) or equivalent experience
