Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and market disruptors through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience applications
- Architect innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 partnerships
- Curate and host exclusive Future Salons with thought leaders from MIT, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
- Translate complex exponential trends into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholder ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and future-readiness across organizational functions
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and synthetic biology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or top-tier innovation consultancy
- Published thought leadership in journals like Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation pipelines
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex futures concepts to non-technical audiences
